Same Day Delivery Service
Everyday Flowers provides same day flower delivery service. Our same day cut off time is 3PM Monday - Saturday. Our cut off times are used as a guideline and may occasional change because of our drivers current location and traffic conditions leading up to the 3PM Monday Through Saturday cut of time. Many times customers request later then normal delivery times and this may cause our drivers to not be available for last minute deliveries leading up until our cut off time. We do ask that our customers understand that we may not be able to accommodate requested delivery times. It is our mission to provide reasonable request but we ask our customers to be understanding. During the Covid-19 Pandemic we ask our customers to help us be safe by limiting their timed delivery request. This allows us to maintain our social distances and allows us to operate safely protecting our employees and customers.
Because of the Covid-19 Pandemic we ask our customers to refrain from sending flowers to our local hospitals in Orange County, CA. Please considering sending your get well wishes to the patients home once they have recovered.
It is recommended that when you send flowers to family and friends at our local hospitals that you confirm the patient can receive flowers or balloons. Many Hospitals do not allow flowers, plants and latex balloons if patients are located in ICU or any kind of intensive care or recovery rooms. Patient room numbers should be provided when possible. If an order is received without a room number Everyday Flowers will contact the patients hospital and attempt to confirm the patients location at the Hospital. Customers need to understand that Hospitals are very protective of their patients rights to privacy and are subjected to rules and laws that are in place that may or may not allow them to provide this information. The information is not always made available to the public and even though we may have a patients correct name and location the Hospital can either confirm or deny if a patient is actually located in their facility. Unless you are a family member or a close friend that can actual confirm the patients location in the hospital it is recommended to send flowers and balloons to patients homes instead of Hospitals. Everyday Flowers will do everything we can to make deliveries possible to hospitals but may have to redeliver to patients homes instead. We will always keep our customers updated if there is any kind of problem regarding deliveries to Hospitals.
Funeral deliveries are usually prioritize over many of our deliveries. We usually schedule these deliveries at least 1 hour before the scheduled time. Each location does present different scenarios which we will do our best to verify the information that is given to us about the order. It is recommended that we have the name of the person the service is for. The date and time of the funeral service. The location business name address and phone number for the location.
Depending upon the location we will need to know if its a graveside service or a visitation service. Generally if its at a church or Mortuary this would be the viewing or visitation service and the graveside service can take place at a Mortuary location or Cemetery. Some related services such as a celebration of life service can take place at any type of location such as restaurants, club houses and other types of gathering locations. please make sure to let us know the time of these types of services so that we can make arrangements with the locations.
Occasionally deliveries will need to be arranged with Church locations because of their limited hours of operation. We would like to schedule these deliveries at least an hour before the service, however on many occasions we will need to deliver 15 to 30 minutes before the service time. Many Churches do have multiple functions that take place throughout the day so it is recommended to discuss the actual available delivery times leading up to the service with the church. There has also been on occasion that church locations will not accept floral arrangements that could leak such as Funeral Sprays and any type of Wreath, Cross or Special funeral shape. It is then recommended that customers order our Tribute Flower arrangements.
